Today's business not only requires 'quality' to be built
in every step, but demands it. Our entire workforce is empowered to do quality
in every process of production. Through our quality awareness training and
on-going continuous improvement measurements, we are committed to excellence.
Quality is about core values. The United Roofing Team is constantly committed
to reducing waste, doing the job right the first time, and continuous improvement.
We see it every day in our critical process measurement teams, and our customer
feedback. From our plant manager to every team member, quality is built in
from beginning to end. Bottom Line: we make one product line, so it HAS to
be of impeccable quality.

No roll shall contain more than two pieces, and no more than 3% of the rolls in any lot shall contain two pieces. The felt shall be produced principally from organic fibers.
